An eight bell set and a twelve bell set were refurbished for my home tower by a donation as a memorial in thanks for the lives of family members etc. Perhps you might find a family willing to do the same for you, in wjhole or in part of the costs.

Usk tower successfully applied for a grant from a local house-builder - quite often there are some "corporate social responsibility" conditions attached to planning consent for new developments which require the builders to invest in the local community
